What counts as 1 scan?

One scan equals one complete analysis of a single file or link. Whether you upload a 1MB MP3, a 50MB video, or paste a YouTube link, each analysis uses exactly 1 scan. BOT or NOT social media analyses also cost 1 scan each.

Do credits expire?

Subscription scans do not carry over — your balance resets to your plan's monthly allocation at the start of each billing cycle. If you cancel, any remaining scans are lost when the billing period ends — you'll see a clear warning before confirming cancellation.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period. Once a scan has been initiated that credit is consumed and is non-refundable. For any billing issues please contact our support team.

What's the upload limit?

Free users have a 25MB upload limit per file. Subscribers get higher limits — up to 500MB per file on the Enterprise plan.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new account gets a 7-day free trial of whichever plan you choose. Your card is required to start but you won't be charged until the trial ends.
