1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using SUS IT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including free and paid tiers.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our website.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account, either by signing in with Google or by registering with an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you register with a password, you are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must not create accounts using automated methods or create multiple accounts to abuse free credits or referral programs.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. SUS IT will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for the content you upload to the Service. You must own the rights to, or have appropriate permissions for, any files you submit for analysis. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.

4. CREDITS, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

SUS IT operates on a credit-based system where each analysis consumes one or more scans (credits). Credits are provided through subscription plans on a monthly basis.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change with notice. Once a scan has been initiated and credits consumed, that transaction is final.

5. FREE TRIAL & SUBSCRIPTIONS

New users may start a 7-day free trial of any subscription plan. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged automatically at the plan's standard rate and your subscription will begin. You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your trial expires.

Subscription plans provide a monthly allocation of scans and increased upload limits. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Unused credits from your subscription carry over to the next billing period and accumulate while your subscription remains active. Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. REFERRAL PROGRAM

SUS IT offers a referral program where existing users can earn credits by inviting new users. Referrers receive 2 credits when a referred user signs up using their referral link.

Abuse of the referral program — including creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or any form of manipulation — will result in the forfeiture of all referral credits and may lead to account suspension or termination.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DATA HANDLING

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by SUS IT and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Files uploaded for analysis are processed in memory and are not permanently stored on our servers after analysis is complete. Analysis results are stored in your account history for your reference. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload to the Service.

You retain all rights to your original content. By uploading content to the Service, you grant SUS IT a limited, non-exclusive license to process the content solely for the purpose of performing the requested analysis.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
  • Circumvent any rate limiting, access controls, or security measures
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others
  • Upload content depicting the exploitation or abuse of minors

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

9. USE OF SERVICE & ACCURACY

The Service is provided for educational, informational, and demonstrative purposes. The AI-generated feedback, detection scores, and forensic analysis results are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate or complete.

AI detection is an evolving field, and no detection method is infallible. Results may include false positives (human content flagged as AI) or false negatives (AI content not detected). You agree to use the analysis provided by the Service at your own risk and should not rely solely on SUS IT results for consequential decisions.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall SUS IT, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
